Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the IndianJadiBooti on the IndianJadiBooti website. The customer can request a return if he receives a wrong or damaged product. We will replace it with the right one. In case the customer proves the product as unauthentic, then we provide 100% money back guarantee.

We support the customer to review the listing before making the purchase. In case the customer orders some wrong item, IndianJadiBooti shall not be entitled to initiate any return or refund.


The following RULES apply to this Policy:


In the case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is supposed to ship the defected/ wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once we get the product back, we will ship a replaced product immediately, or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s choice. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

Once IndianJadiBooti accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer needs to return the product, and we will initiate the refund in the customer’s account.

Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of IndianJadiBooti.

The customer is expected to provide us with the right shipping address while checking out the item. In case of wrong shipping address, the product might not reach in time. IndianjadiBooti reserves the right to put the extra charge, in case we need to re-ship the product at different address.


All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.


The refund process is initiated after we receive the product back to us. Refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made.

How long does it take to process the cancellation request?


Once you request the cancellation of item(s), it does not generally take us a more than 1 or 2 business day to cancel the order and initiate a refund.



Cancellation Charges


8% of the paid amount would be deducted as Cancellation charges while refunding the amount as part of our Payment Gateway charges, and Processing Cost.


In case the product has already been shipped, then the Courier Cost of Rs 80 per 500 Grams would be charged from Customer over and above the other overhead Costs.
