Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the IndianJadiBooti on the IndianJadiBooti website. The customer can request a return if he receives a wrong or damaged product. We will replace it with the right one. In case the customer proves the product as unauthentic, then we provide 100% money back guarantee.

IndianjadiBooti offers a 24 hours full money back/replacement guarantee to its customers who are dissatisfied with the services or the Products for any reason. The customer needs to raise the request with our Customer Service Team on Whatsapp : 09871410259 with complete details like Order Id, Concern, Invoice Copy, and Product Photo within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).

We support the customer to review the listing before making the purchase. In case the customer orders some wrong item, IndianJadiBooti shall not be entitled to initiate any return or refund.

What are the Refund Rules?

In the case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side (if product received differs from what is ordered in Invoice) , the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is supposed to ship the defected/ wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once we get the product back, we will ship a replaced product immediately, or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s choice. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of IndianJadiBooti.

All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.

The refund process is initiated after we receive the product back to us. Refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made.

COD based Orders can’t be cancelled in between, else Buyer gets blacklisted from Ordering any further.

Buyer is solely responsible for Completeness & Correctness of the Shipping Address, PIN Code, Email Id & Mobile Number provided by him/her during raising the Order. IndianJadiBooti shall not be held responsible for Refund/Replacement, in absence of the same.

Buyer must provide only that Mobile Number which is in working condition and on which Buyer can immediately be reached in case of any urgency during delivery of courier. Buyer must also Pick Calls or Call Back from that Number, when called. Buyer must also check & reply the Email/SMS/Whatsapp based communications made & Track the Courier Online. IndianJadiBooti shall not be held responsible for Refund/Replacement, in absence of the same.

How long does it take to process the cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s), it takes 2 -3 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund. The actual refund in your account happens as per the payment mode you used. We only take the responsibility till initiating the refund, and providing you the refund proof. For actual refund timelines, you need to followup with your bank, or the mode through which you made the payment. 

What are the Cancellation Charges?

8% of the paid amount would be deducted as Cancellation charges while refunding the amount as part of our Payment Gateway charges, and other Processing Cost and overhead cost.

For National Couriers, In case the product has already been shipped, then the Courier Cost of Rs 80 per 500 Grams on both sides (going + return back) = Rs 160 would be charged from Customer over and above the other overhead Costs.

For International Couriers, Actual Shipment cost would be deducted over and above the other overhead Costs.
