Sunflower Seeds also known as Surajmukhi Beej and Helianthus Annuusare are tiny, mild and nutty flavored seeds that comes from Sunflower. These can be eaten raw or roasted and are powerhouse of nutrients. The Sunflower seeds are  rich in protein, fiber, magnesium , Selenium Iron and Proteins.
