To make a strawberry chia seed pudding, blend the subsequent substances in a blender:

- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) of lemon juice
- 1.five cups of dairy or non-dairy milk
- Chill the aggregate in a fridge for an hour or so earlier than eating.
How to Use: Chia seeds can be added to smoothies juices as a whole or Powder. It can be mixed into yogurt or oatmeal. You can sprinkle those on top of a salad.
