- 1. Make a decoction of the bark. Add some Arjuna bark powder to milk and boil for 5 minutes. Take it every morning.
- 2. Take one teaspoon Arjuna bark powder with one glass milk twice a day.
- 3. Grind the bark. Take 2 pinches Arjun Chhal powder and mix in one teaspoon Honey. Have it with milk for 15 days.
- 4. Boil one teaspoon powder in ordinary tea. Take it once a day.
- 5. Put one teaspoon bark powder in one cup water. Add half cup milk. Boil till milk remains. Add 2 teaspoon Loaf Sugar. Have it every morning.
