But hey wait, how come the peaceful sleep and instant energy at the same time? This is the next question in your mind. After all, both are just opposites. If you are having instant energy then you cannot sleep at all, and if you want a peaceful sleep , then you must be low in energy and tired. Well, Dear Reader!! The truth is a bit different here.

For a peaceful sleep, your body should be as relaxed as possible, and Ashwagandha has the amazing property of providing the body what it requires most. If you are tired, you’ll have the abundance of energy, at the same time, you’ll feel relaxed and peaceful.  Here comes the Ingredients List:


Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Add cinnamon, Ashwagandha Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Turmeric Powder to it, and mix it thoroughly. Simmer the heat, and cover the lid of the pot for 5-10 minutes.

Strain this liquid and pour it in a mug.

Boil the milk in a separate pot. Pour this milk in the liquid that you extracted from herbs. Add jiggery, or sugar as per taste. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder over it.
