The nutmeg tree is always green and fragrant. The trunk of the tree is dark-coloured, with holes on the outside. There are red coloured liquids inside. Its leaves are long and lanceolate. Its flowers are small, fragrant and yellow-white in colour. It is circular, elliptical red and yellow in colour. On ripening the fruit splits into two parts, from which nutmeg comes out.

The nutmeg has a hard fleshy armour of red colour surrounding it, which is called javitri. It separates when it dries. There is nutmeg inside this mace. It is elliptical, round and shrunken in colour from outside, and is strongly smeared.

In such a situation, eating too much oil spices and eating prematurely can cause many digestive problems. In this situation, nutmeg intake cures stomach problems like diarrhoea, acidity etc. This also improves the process of desalination.

It is very important to take care of teeth for better health. Too much sweet, soda or coffee intake causes tooth decay and cavity in them. In such a situation, it is important to take care of your teeth. In this case, nutmeg can be very beneficial. Nutmeg is rich in anti-bacterial properties and can be very beneficial for mouth health.
