Everyone knows the name of guggul, but for what other
things apart from food, have you ever heard? In fact, the benefits of guggul are
so many that guggul is used as a medicine in Ayurveda. Cutting the stem of guggul
releases a gum-like substance and becomes solid after cooling. Guggul has an
integral place in the herbal medicine of India.

to aggravation of Vata dosha. Due to the ability of Guggul to reduce Vata and
due to its warming properties, it helps in removing both these problems.

Baldness is a problem that occurs due to the vitiation of
Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas. In this, Vata gets irritated and also mixes Pitta
due to which digestion deteriorates, due to which proper amount of nutrition
does not reach the hair roots.
5. Treats Acidity
Indigestion is one of the causes of acidity. Due to the hot and deep-digesting properties found in Guggul, it keeps digestion healthy by increasing the digestive power. It also helps in reducing acidity.
