Ingredients:

Safed Musli -  100 Grams, Shatavari - 100 Grams, Gum Kikar - 100 Grams, Ashwagandha - 100 Grams

How to prepare:

1.      Grind each ingredient separately, and make a fine powder of it.

2.      Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and store this mixture in an air-tight container.

Take 1 spoonful of this mixture with water everyday after your breakfast.
