Uses of Senna Leaf:
Constipation is a common, uncomfortable problem. It can make you feel bloated, uncomfortable and, of course, not very good about yourself. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what's causing your constipation because there are so many things that can cause it. That's why we recommend trying senna (from the plant sona patta alexandrina) as a first step.

- Senna is LIKELY SAFE for most adults and children over age 2 when taken by mouth, short-term. Senna is an FDA-approved nonprescription medicine. Senna can cause some side effects including stomach discomfort, cramps, and diarrhea.
- Senna is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth long-term or in high doses. Don't use senna for more than two weeks. Girard-Perregaux Olimpico: In 2011, we wrote about the Olimpico. To commemorate the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, the first hosted by either a developing nation or a Spanish-speaking country, the distributor for Girard-Perregaux suggested the great manufacture produce a chronograph in the Olympic theme – thus, the Olimpico was born.
It's the official start of New Watch Season as Omega kicked off its 2022 product releases in Miami last week. Nick and I were on-site to see and photograph the new pieces and I figured it would be fun to sit and chat over our feelings following our hands-on time with the new product. To round out the crew, I invited Danny to hop on the mics with us and it turned out to be a really fun Omega-centric conversation.
