Triphala is used as a healing remedy for over 1,000 years. It consists three medicinal plants native to India. It’s a traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Triphala is a mixture of Amalaki , Bibhitaki and Haritaki.

Amla is known as Indian Gooseberry, it plays an important role in lots of Ayurvedic medicine. Indian gooseberry is used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat symptoms like constipation and cancer prevention.
