Friends, herbs, and tree plants are very important contributors to our Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, leaves of herbs are used from flowers to root and gum. Today, we will talk about the benefits of tree glue. In fact, the stem of the glue tree is cut and then placed to dry. But it does not emerge from every tree. The glue used to eat is mostly used in kekar, acacia, and neem trees.

Katira is a glue extracted from the tree. Its thorny trees are found in hot stony areas in India. The liquid that is produced from its bark bites and twigs becomes white yellow and is called the glue of the tree. 

Here are a few benefits of Gond Katira:

  • Remove weakness and fatigue-

Even in problems like fatigue, weakness, heat, dizziness, vomiting, and migraine, this is very beneficial. Regularly add katira gum to half a glass of milk and add mishree and use it.

 

  • Remove blood problems-

Gond Katira contains plenty of nutrients such as proteins and folic acid. Gond Katira thickens the blood of the body. Soak 10 to 20 grams of gum in the water at night and use the same water in the morning by mixing the sorbet. 

  • Relief from heat and irritation-

If you have a problem of irritation in your limbs, soak 2 teaspoons of katira in 1 glass of water before bedtime at night. In the morning, eat this mixture to remove the burning of hands and feet. If the body feels warmer, soak the Katira in water and use it in the morning and evening with the mishree-found sorbet. This gives away the heat of the body. The use of this can be avoided in the summer heat.

  • Helps in Fighting Obesity-

Obesity is the cause of many diseases, so you don't even want you to be more obese. If you want to reduce obesity or not to thicken, use acacia gum. If you consume a small amount of Gond Katira every day, the fibers present in it help to reduce your weight. Regular intake of acacia gum will not make you feel extra appetite which is the main cause of your obesity. If you want to avoid obesity and other related problems, you can use Gond Katira regularly.
