Recipe - How to make an Energy Booster Ashwagandha Tea



2-3 tablespoon Ashwagandha Powder

1 tablespoon Jaggery or raw sugar

2 cups milk

⅛ teaspoon cardamom


Mix 2 to 3 tablespoon Ashwagandha Powder in 2 cups of milk thoroughly , and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add cardamom in it. Also, Add jaggery or raw sugar in it as per taste.

Turn off heat.

Your Super Duper Energy Booster Aswagandha Tea is ready. Drink it once or twice a day for a quick pick-me-up.
