Kali Jeeri, which is also called Kalijiri or Kaali Jeeri, and commonly known as Bitter Cumin, is a plant chiefly grown in India and Southeast Asia. • Similarly, dry roast the other two ingredients.

• Mix the powders to make a blend of Kalijiri, Methi, and Ajwain powder.

Asthma

In asthma, the primary doshas involved are Vata and Kapha. When vitiated Vata mixes with disturbed Kapha in the lungs, it obstructs the respiratory pathways, causing gasping and difficulty in breathing, known as Swas Roga (Asthma).
