Guggulu Mixture: A combination of Guggulu, Nishoth, Danti, Dravanti, Sendha Namak (rock salt), and Vacha powders, taken with cow urine, alcohol, milk, or grape juice, can help alleviate bloating.
Powder Balls: Take two parts Trivrit (Nishoth), four parts black pepper, and five parts Haritaki powder. Mix them with an equal amount of jaggery and form into pills. Consuming these pills can help with bloating caused by constipation.
