On a hot summer day, drinking iced sodas and colas may temporarily help us feel cool, but over the long term, they only cause health issues. Thandai is one of the very fantastic traditional beverages from India. Although Holi marks the official start of the thandai season, many of us subsequently ignore it. On these sweltering summer days, this one beverage may be the answer.

A chilled glass of thandai not only calms you inside but also offers you numerous health advantages that other beverages lack.

The sweltering summers exhaust us all. Many of us experience ongoing exhaustion during this time of year. We therefore require a beverage that gives us immediate energy and keeps us busy all day. Almonds, cashew nuts, and watermelon seeds are among the naturally energising constituents of Thandai. These are elements that give us energy and keep us moving throughout the day.
 

Ingredients :

• Almond
• Cashew
• Pistachios
• Green Cardamom Pods
• Melon Seeds
• Poppy Seeds
• Saffron Strands
• Black Pepper
• Nutmeg
• Fennel Seeds
• Rose Petals

How to Use:

1. Boil 1 Cup Milk in a PAN.
2. Add 1 Tablespoon Thandai in it.
3. Add Sugar as per Taste.
4. Cool it at Room temperature, and Freeze it for some time.
5. Add Sugar cubes while serving.
6. You can use this Thandai in Milk, Ice creams, Desserts, Kulfis, and other Delicacies to add Aroma and Flavour.
