What does Jaitun or Olive peel mean in this product?

The term should refer to the outer skin separated from olive fruit, usually Olea europaea, but the listing must define whether it is dried peel, pomace fraction or another processing by-product. It is not olive leaf, bark or olive oil.

Is Olive peel nutritionally equivalent to extra virgin olive oil?
