What is Olive Edible Oil?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Olea europaea) is the highest quality olive oil, extracted using only mechanical cold-pressing methods without heat or chemicals. In Ayurveda, while not native to ancient India, it is classified based on its properties as having Madhura (sweet) taste and Sheeta Virya (cooling potency).
