Amomum subulatom Roxburgh, also known as large cardamom or Black Cardamom, is a widely recognized spice. It is believed to originate from the Eastern Himalayas, and some wild varieties can still be found in that region. The spice is prevalent in Bhutan, Nepal, and India, with Sikkim India being the leading producer, accounting for around 50% of the world's supply.
