In dysmenorrhea, 125 mg is taken four times a day with Praval Pisthi and honey. 

Alopecia areata: The affected area of the scalp is treated with a Kalihari root powder pack (lep). It aids in the eradication of fungal infections and promotes the growth of new hairs. 

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Gloriosa Superba (Kalihari) should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Because it contains toxins and has abortifacient properties, it can cause miscarriage. It can be released into breast milk during breastfeeding and have an adverse effect on the newborn child.
