- Usage:
Culinary: Add 1-2 whole pods to biryanis, curries, dals, and rice dishes at the beginning of cooking to infuse aroma. Lightly crush the pod to release seeds before adding. Use in chai (tea), desserts, and baked goods. In Middle Eastern cuisine, it is essential for "Gahwa" (cardamom-coffee concoction).
For Respiratory Relief: Add crushed pods to boiling water and inhale steam, or prepare kadha (decoction) with ginger and honey.
For Digestion: Add whole pod to warm water or tea after meals.
For Oral Health: Chew seeds after meals as natural mouth freshener.
