Citric Acid Powder (Tatri) is a naturally occurring acid that can be found in abundance in citrus fruits like Lemon. It's available as a white crystalline powder. Tatri in english is known as citric acid, sour salt or lemon salt. In Hindi, Tatri is also known as ayurveda nimbu ka sat and nimbu ka phool in Hindi.
Citric Acid Powder (Tatri) was first produced from citrus fruits like lemons, limes, and oranges. Citrus juice can be used to isolate the chemical, but doing so on a large scale is expensive and complicated.
