Nagarmotha Roots Powder (Cyperus rotundus), also known as Indian pennywort, is a perennial grass-like plant that produces a tuft of culms around 10 - 50 cm tall. The plant spreads rapidly at the roots by means of slender rhizomes, these produce a tuber at their end from which a new tuft of culms develops.
