The Ultimate Ashwagandha Sleep Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Ashwagandha Powder
- 2 tbsp Dried chamomile-flower" class="ijb-blog-link" style="color: #2e7d32; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;">Chamomile Leaves
- 1-2 pieces Cinnamon Stick
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 Small Green Cardamom
- Chopped Ginger, a pinch of Nutmeg, 1 cup Milk, Water as needed.
Method: Boil 4 cups of water. Add the spices and Ashwagandha. Simmer for 5-10 minutes with the lid on. Strain the liquid into a mug. Boil the milk separately and pour it into the herbal extract. Sweeten with jaggery and sip before bed.
Nutritious Ashwagandha Churan Balls
Method: Take 2 tablespoons of Ashwagandha Powder. Mix it with 2 spoons of jaggery powder, a pinch of black salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Roll them into small balls and store them in an airtight container. These are highly nutritious and perfect for curbing sugar cravings.
Simple Morning Tea
Method: Add 1 gram of Ashwagandha powder to ½ glass of water and ½ glass of milk. Boil it until the liquid reduces by half. Add sugar to taste. Enjoy this tea to kickstart a stress-free day!
